Find the
Perfect Location
Choose a suitable venue for gameplay—whether it's a park, open field, or private space. Check our Venue Requirements and Potential Venues page for details on what works best for our setup.

Battle Date
View our availability calendar to find an open slot that fits your schedule. Our spots fill up fast—so book early!
Fill out our booking form with all the necessary details. Let us know your desired location, group size, contact info and any special requests.

Step 2
Please Note: To lock in your date, a $100 deposit is required during the form submission. This goes toward your final total.
Confirmation & Invoice
We’ll review your request to ensure we can accommodate your event. Once approved, we’ll send your reservation confirmation & invoice number within 24-48 hours.

Step 3
You’re In! (Almost)
The fun’s almost yours! Complete your remaining payment to officially lock in your booking. Payments are due one week before your event, or within 24 hours if you booked within a week of game day.
